President and Wealth Manager
For over 14 years, Jordan has been serving clients in the financial services industry. Jordan enjoys helping his clients develop comprehensive retirement plans to reduce their taxes, manage their wealth and plan their estates. He is passionate about providing personal attention and service to his clients to help them manage their entire net worth and not just their investments.
Jordan has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Financial Planner™ and a Registered Financial Consultant™. He also holds the following licenses:
- FINRA General Securities Representative (Series 7)
- Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63)
- Uniform Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65)
Jordan is happily married and has three wonderful daughters. He is an Eagle Scout and has served as Assistant Scoutmaster to a local boy scout troop. He is active in his church and community and enjoys camping, hiking, soccer, tennis, and surfing. He is a native San Diegan, and he and his family currently live in Rancho Bernardo, California.
Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner™
Ryan graduated from Brigham Young University, earning his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Marriott School of Management. After graduating from college, Ryan worked for Halverson & Company, a CPA firm based in Encinitas, CA, where he prepared individual, partnership, and corporation tax returns, as well as helped form and dissolve various company structures. Ryan currently holds his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
At Heritage, Ryan helps with client review meetings, monitoring investment accounts, and all aspects of financial planning.
Ryan is happily married and currently lives in Rancho Bernardo with his wife Kara, and their three children. He enjoys tennis, soccer, mountain biking, and golf. He is an eagle scout and enjoys serving in his community.
Director of Operations
Kate has been providing personalized service to clients in the financial industry for over 16 years. Prior to joining the Heritage team, Kate learned the "ins and outs" of wealth management and financial planning by servicing high net worth individuals for TD Wealth Private Client Group.
At our firm, Kate ensures that all daily operations run smoothly. She is responsible for all aspects of client services, and prides herself on delivering the highest standard of service to all new, existing and prospective clients.
A proud "east coaster" and native of the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, Kate relocated to San Diego in 2016 and joined the Heritage team. She is a true animal lover, and enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, Mae and Fella, as well as traveling, and exploring the beautiful beaches and scenic viewpoints of San Diego.
Jenna is a graduate of the University of Wyoming where she studied Finance and Communications. During college, Jenna worked at a private wealth management company where she worked closely with the adviser to service clients.
Jenna is currently preparing to take the Series 65 exam to become a licensed Uniform Investment Adviser Representative. Her goal is to eventually become a Certified Financial Planner™. At Heritage, her current role is to assist the team in the servicing and financial planning processes.
Originally from Northeastern Colorado, Jenna moved to La Jolla shortly after graduating college. She enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and camping with her boyfriend. She is loving the change of scenery and walks down to the beach as often as possible.
Sue has 15 years of experience in the financial industry, providing executive support in various positions throughout her career. She has held management positions in marketing, client relations, and client services/operations, and brings a wealth of experience to Heritage. Sue coordinates all scheduling, marketing events, and client events, in addition to serving as the receptionist and client greeter at the front desk.
Sue is a native of Chicago, Illinois and moved to San Diego after college--her number one goal being to live where the sun shined. She settled in Oceanside and lives a short bike ride away from the beach, which she visits every chance she gets.
Sue studied classical ballet for many years and dancing is still a passion of hers. She is married to a retired structural engineer and has one child, a son who works in law enforcement.
